throtle body and intake manifold

If the factory throttle body can be removed from the manifold you might be able to take it to an engine machine shop and have them enlarge the opening for you - honestly you probably will not see that much of a gain, you might be able to take it to a shop and have a custom tune done on it but you are looking at dropping a good amount of coin to do that
your right here in San Diego, give the Dyno Shop out in Santee a call and see what they charge for that sort of work, our speed shop in Kearny Mesa off Convoy might be able to do something for you as well
Call Ed Hale Motorsports if they are still around out in El Cajon - they can do a porting job on your throttle body
not to sure what you mean in your post if you are looking for certian parts - JBA does produce a set of headers and a cat back exhaust for your application, K&N probably produces something in the way of an aftermarket intake system or at least has a drop in filter - I would stay away from an under drive pulley, you can throw off the harmonics of your engine if it is not properly balanced

I have a 05 edge to superstx1 and I have been wanting to do the same thing, from what I have read you can use a tb from a escape but I havent found any aftermarket intake manifolds. Our upper is compsite and it is supposed to flow better than the old style manifolds, but some people our p&p the lower but I don't think it would be a easy job matching the upper, not really room for mistakes but good luck and keep me posted if you find anything out

Morana Racing (sorry don't have link) makes a supposedly bolt on TB for the 3.0, though I've never heard if anyone has actually tried it so I can't say if it is direct bolt on or not. I've not heard of a ported upper intake for sale, but the composite upper intake can be reamed out with some work. I have the Escape TB and a ported composite upper (purchased from another Ranger enthusiast), note the Escape TB is not a direct bolt on, it needs some judicous fabricating for it to mate up without any air leaks.
