Rough Idle-No Codes

My 2007 3.0 with only 20,000 miles on it has been running progressively worse over the last six mos. Bought new wires this morning with no effect. Shows no codes which is amazing since it's running so bad. Almost dies when I turn heater fan on plus makes a one time clunking sound when I do. Also smells like rotten eggs. Anybody got anything. Appreciate it. Thanks.

It idles really bad when I turn heater blower on and smells like rotten eggs. There is this one time clunking noise when I turn the heater fan on. Going to have to drive old toyota truck into work today.

try a set of plugs. 3.0's have a ruff idle to begin with.

But I have only 20,000 miles on the truck. I hope it's the plugs but sure hope I do better on the next ones if that's the problem.

Loosen 1 screw on tube going into intake pull tube off and clean the throttle body butterfly flap with seafoam deep creep.Sqirt a little in the intake let it soak for a few minutes. Will feel like a new truck. You may need someone to press gas pedal to get the back.Do this with the truck off.
