wow thanks alot bud.
Looks like its inspecter gadget time.
I wanted to add the night the light came on, I was on a rough trail, alot of bouncing around sorda rough, So im guessing its going to be the wire, the truck does run hard and a few times its idled really low and even died twice on me, also gas milage took a dive.

i had that same code(s) a while back , i first changed my plugs, wires and fule filter and the code came right back on, i then changed the camp-shaft sensor itself and it came right back on, i finally did a little research and changed the entire camshaft synchronizer and that fixed my problem. does your truck feel like it is hesitating when its high on rpms

Assuming that you have a 3.0 or 4.0, the root cause for this code often goes back to the Synchronizer assembly that the CMP sensor mounts on. At high miles, the shaft can wear and that can allow the CMP to get off center, possibly causing an unreliable pulse and/or physical damage to the sensor.
What is worse is that a bad Synchronizer can either seize suddenly or cause its drive gears to wear out gradually. Either way, if it stops turning, it also stops the oil pump. And then you need a new engine.
