I have never actually kept a vehicle long enough to have a tune up til now, no bashing please LOL I saw the thread in the 4.0 section but need to know if I read it correctly and figured not to hijack a thread I'd post in the 3.slow section since thats what I have.
Autolite makes the Motorcraft plugs right? The reason for my asking is I didn't see Motorcraft on Advanced Auto website Here

Also post which ones I should get, please, I don't want to spend alot but I am not a cheapey either

personally autolite platinum's yes and new wires...

then like air filter, auto trans filter drain and flush stuff like that...

 

Air Filter and trans have been done but thanks for the reminder though.

And fule filter needs to be changed as well correct?

 

correct... its really simple and its right on the inside of the frame rail on the drivers side
