93 v6 3.0. Had a blown head gasket. Cleaned it up, replaced the head gasket and put it all back together. Truck starts up and runs (a little rough). After about 10-15 minutes I get a little white smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Doesnt smell sweet, but smells sort of like gas. Top radiator hose stays hard and hot not sure if possibly the thermostat is stuck. Temp gauge goes up, but slowly. Is any of this normal?
