Torque specs
 

If anybody has these torque specs i. Would appreciate it
1 lower intake manifold to head
2 upper intake manifold (6 bolts)
3 valve covers
4 rocker arms

hope this might help these torque spec are for a 93 ranger 3.0. got them from a ford tec. at ask.com.
1&2 intake manifold-bolts-tighten in 2 steps,11LB-FT then to 19-24LB-FT
3) rocker arm cover to cylinder head/intake bolts and studs 7-10Lb/
4) rocker arm fulcrum to cylinder head 19-28 Lb-Ft
