HELP...too many things...EVAP, misfire and Climate Control!!

Last weekend i took my upper intake manifold out and my throttle body and cleaned it all up.

2 days later i got a engine code p0455. told it was a large EVAP leak. could the vacuum leak be related to my climate control (it only works through the defroster)(someone thought it would be related i dont agree but) or did i connect a hose wrong? dont know what to do?

also got a cylinder 5 misfire...but ive had that for a few months. gunna try to replace the coil and see what it does. already did all the plugs and wires.

as for the climate control, cant find leaks anywhere...put new bulbs in the controller in the dash and hasnt worked right since.

anyone got suggestions for the EVAP, the misfire or the climate control?

looked at the charcoal canister above the spare tire today....the hose looks good. i unplugged it and unplugged the solenoid ontop of it and plugged them back in. left the battery unplugged hoping it would clear it but the light is still on.
