2019 ranger Aftermarket sunroof

I would like to add a sunroof after market. Is it possible, have you done this on a new style ranger? Is this advisable?

If a sunroof isn't offered as a factory option, I sure wouldn't add one myself. :( There is a reason for Ford not to have them on the Ranger. Plus after reading the problems on the F150 Forum with their sunroofs, I sure wouldn't want one :(
