Yes, if its from a truck/van and not a car you should be OK
You need to change head gaskets if its a car 3.0l
You will need to swap front engine covers because the 1994 didn't have a Crank sensor, and you will use the 2000 crank pulley/balancer that has the tone wheel on the back for the crank sensor to read

Also swap upper and lower intake manifolds, and swap in Cam synchro to replace distributor
Oil pan depends on 2WD or 4x4
You will want to put a label in engine bay denoting engine is a 1994 model as there are differences on internal parts

Crank was different in 1994 but doesn't say the nose was changed, so 2000 pulley/balancer should fit on the 1994 crank
