Back seat strap missing
 

2019 Ranger rear seat strap for the latch not there. Can't get to the jack. Bought this used and didn't notice it till I needed to get behind the seat. Any ideas how to get the latch to disengage so I can get the seat out?
I took all the bolts out of the seat. Yanked, pulled, pushed with no luck.
