Buzzing sound on a 2000 Ford Ranger
 

While driving to work today my truck started to make a faint buzzing noise in neutral or when I was not accelerating. A couple intersections later, the buzzing became full blown. As mentioned before, while I am picking up speed the buzzing goes away but as soon as I let off the gas it comes back. Check out the photos I posted, this is where the noise is coming from.

Ranger nation, please advise what this could be. I could use some help to keep this beast running.
