Help! Backrack issues 2022 Ranger Supercab
 

I ordered the Backrack Safety Rack and the mounting kit. Upon arrival of the mounting kit I inventoried all the parts. The parts list and the assembly instructions use different names for parts so it’s hard to figure out. There are two backing plates that they say to place “washer” side down. There isn’t a “washer” side. I took the drop in bedliner out to do the install and ended up wasting 2 hours and putting the liner back in. Called Backrack and they aren’t in on weekends. Geeze. Since there’s no stake
pockets this is a different install. There’s NOTHING on the internet or YouTube. Their drawings are dismal and cryptic. I’m ready to just send it all back. Maybe someone out there has installed and can shed some light here?
