A Pin for the Sync 3 Replacement
 

I’ve had my ranger for about 6 months now, the day after i bought it the touch screen went completely gray. the back up camera still works but it is always gray. i took it to ford and they said it was a broken A Pin. they said it would be $850 to replace so i am wondering if anyone knows what the A Pin is because i would like to replace it myself. i have tried to look around the internet and i haven’t found much on that particular part. if anyone has any information it is greatly appreciated.
