Welcome to the forum
NGK are OK, I use them in my 4.0l OHV when I can't get Motorcraft or Autolite, these will last longer than the NGK, but not a big deal
You also need to know that you can only use regular copper or DOUBLE Platinum/iridium, Single Platinum/iridium would be a waste of money, as 3 of the spark plugs will wear out the same as regular copper.
Ford used a Waste Spark system, so 2 spark plugs share one Coil, they are wired in series, so one spark plug sparks from center to tip(normal) and the other sparks from tip to center(reverse)
So just having coating on tip OR center doesn't make any sense, either BOTH tip and center have the coating or nothing on tip and center
