Transmission blown
 

I recently was returning from a trip and about halfway home my Ranger (2022 XLT 11K miles) came out of Neutral Tow. I stopped at a rest stop and was able to put the transfer case into Neutral Tow again. Fortunately the truck is still under warranty. The Ford dealer did not find any error codes for the day of my trip. Also, before you respond; at both of my fuel stops the Ranger was in Neutral Tow.

I had planned on towing the Ranger to Alaska this summer, but because this happen for no known reason, I am thinking about towing my 24 yo Jeep.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
