USB ports not working
 

Hello. I have a 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat model. The two USB ports in the front under the digital display stopped working completely, it doesn't charge my phone.. I tried a new cable and nothing. The USB ports behind my center console do work fine, as well does my cigarette lighter ports. I checked the 7.5amp fuse under my hood driver side and it's good. I was hoping to get some suggestions on what to check or try replacing? I don't know if I should just go ahead and try replacing the entire USB hub. See photo below.
