What is the best, cheapest performance mod? I have a budget of around $250
I work at a very high end car shop though so getting materials wouldn't be hard at all? Help Please! thanks!

Zip tie the throttle cable. Thats practically free.

Go under your dash and lift up on the throttle pedal. You'll see some slack in the end of the throttle cable, put zip ties on the end, I got one on there, but many have put more. Its cheap, and pretty easy.

250 dollars, you could do an exhaust.. As for the zip-tie i wouldn't. I've heard of some peoples cable snapping from it.

Maybe find a deal on a tuner? Im not sure.. Usually 4.0's have a lot of power stock..
