1993 4.0L OHV

I have a 1993 Ranger with a 4.0L V6 but the drivers side valve cover is rusted bad and leaking. I cant find any valve covers for this year, they are all 1995-2000. These valve covers look the same and seem to be the same number in my repair book. Can anyone tell me if these are still usable on my truck, if not is there anywhere that I can find valve covers, maybe even aftermarket?

Yes, it should fit fine

Valve cover gaskets are the same from 1990-2000 so that didn't change over the life of the 4.0l OHV engine.

Valve cover part number that Ford uses is 6582, thats for any engine in any year
That number will be proceeded by a year and model, like F0TZ, or F1TZ, or F2TZ
F0 = 1990, F1 = 1991, F2 = 1992, ect..........
TZ is Ranger

The YEAR is not specific to the year of the vehicle, it is a redesign year, the year it was changed enough to get a new "year" designation.
So you could find an F3 part number on a 2018 engine/vehicle, if it was never changed/redesigned since 1993

There were 3 changes to the valve cover part numbers, that I saw
F0TZ - first year of this part 1990
F3TZ - 1993
F5TZ - 1995

So 1995 was last change to valve covers

So all new valve covers made would be F5TZ-6582 unless you found "old stock" but anything made after about 1994 would have F5 designation
And it does fit 1990 - 1994, not just 1995 and up

It will also have a suffix, a Letter, that denotes Passenger side(RH) or Drivers side(LH) valve cover
Looks like E is drivers side but double check that

So google: F5TZ-6582-E

And see what comes up
