4.0 V6 SOHC continually flooding

At a loss. Replaced fuel pump, filter, injectors, and plugs along with crankshaft position sensor, temp sensor, camshaft sensor. Went ahead and replaced the egr valve and dpfe. Tested the compression and it is good. The engine continues to flood to the point of having fuel in my oil. Not sure what else I can check.Fuel pressure regulator faulty?

It's a fuel pressure damper, should be on the fuel rail, check the vacuum hose going to it, should be no fuel in it.

There does not appear to be a dampner on either fuel rail.
