you have no idea what you are talking about......

75-80 hp increase???? are you on drugs lol 15 to 20 is about what you will gain if you have exhaust and a CAI. a throttle body will do almost nothing maybe a 1 to 4 hp increase, unless your running Forced Induction a larger throttle body wont do anything for you. and a throttle body spacer??? hahah gotta be kidding me, let me guess you also belive in the tornado air spacer that increases your MPG. My fiance used to have a 07 mustang v6 and with a throttle body, CAI shorty headers, high flow cats and cat back, he had it dyno tuned and it put down 228 rwhp. when he procharged it the numbers jumped up to 317rwhp but he soon blew his block looking for more power. a 05+ mustang engine is alot more acceptive to changes and power gains.

You know anytime PVC pipe is involved there's gonna be HUGE horsepower gains...

I found the K&N FIPK for the 4.0L on ebay for 155 bucks. It was in the new but open box condition. Most of them on ebay were going for 225 bucks. Also, I don't know where you got this 350 dollar number, It's 272 if you go to autozone

is it possable to put a 5.0 mustang moter in a 2001 ranger 4x4 or would it be better to just get hp out of the 4.0
