4.0OHV is bucking need advice

My truck is starting to act up.. dont know what it is, so i need your help guys..

It usually happens around 30mph. the truck starts to "buck"... it feels like im going over a bunch of pot holes, but im not.. If i let off the gas it stops, if i put the pedal to the floor, it will grab, but its really sluggish, but after a sec it clears up..

sometimes it will do it at around 60 to.. i dont know what to do.. i have plugs and wires on order, could that be it?

My tempo used to do that when I had it. It was a fuel filter.

motorcraft is a ford product..It has to be good..Right???..lol
Side note:..Mine is doing that right now...I think its because of the cam shaft sensor.
Mine bucks under 2k rpms and sounds like it wants to die on me sometimes.

Platinums will last longer than the coppers, and as long as you are using Motorcraft, you will have the correct heat range, which is the most important.

Normally plugs and/or plug wires will cause a misfire, or bucking while under load. I don't think that is how you described your problem. I would scan
for codes, but I would bet on a bad MAF sensor.

Mine was doing this a couple months ago.
Turns out the idiot at the Dealer did not close the air box or tighten the hose clamp
at the Mass Air sensor after he loosened it. Tightened it up and no more bucking.
