95 Ranger stalling and choking when taking off and especially on hills

My truck is stalling when it gets on hills especially. It will also cough and jump taking off. Occasionally it will smooth out and run decent most times while out on the interstate. I've went through the EGR system last year changing out hoses and cleaning the tube etc. Just recently I have changed the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel filter. I have done some work with the purge system. I have replaced the solenoid, regulator?, and hoses. I haven't replaced the vapor purge canister though. Could this be choking my truck out? A guy said he just disconnected his hoses from this and was running it right into the engine compartment. He said all that is in there is charcoal. A guy from Advanced Auto told me to run Sea Foam in the vaccuum lines through some port. I've never done that I have run it in my gas tank before. I need to figure out something thats for sure!??

I also have had a guy check my catalytic converter. He said I probably had an electrical problem. It seems to start fine could a bad alternator or something like that make your truck do that? I was just thinking it's not getting fuel.

I got the feeling it's the fuel pump. I guess I'll have to remove my bed. Anyone out there done this? Any helpful insight?

Ive replaced the fuel pump. Taking the bed off and all that fun stuff isnt that bad, however getting the f****** filling neck back in the right spot is hell.. Id reccomend impact tools if you've got em but a cheater bar and a wrench work just as well. Good luck!

So do my symptoms sound like a fuel pump problem?
