Fan Clutch broken?

My fan stays on constantly, and when the truck is off, I cant spin the fan with my hand. It stays on all the time, whether the truck is warm or not, in all speeds. Do I need to replace the clutch, and if so, how hard it this?

Your fan clutch is dead. Replacement is bolt on.

Autozone will loan you the tool to get it off.

You must hold the water pump and turn the bolt at the base of the fan.

For the cost of a new clutch I would do the E-fan install.
Or someone who has would sell you thier old one.

Is the stock fan the same for the 3.0 as the 4.0? Because if so I'll sell you my stock fan for say...$40? I dunno for price. It'd be cheaper than the efan.
