Headman Headders carry headders for 84-06 Rangers, but i havent had good luck with them when installing them on the chevrolet 1500's and suburban's. Ive had the headders bolts come loose to having the EGR hookups at the wrong angel. Thats my experience with Headman...

check JBA Toll free: 800-830-3377
http://www.jbaheaders.com/cat4ward.asp
Gibson (800) 528-3044
http://www.gibsonperformance.com/pro...&model=696#696
JBA doesn't make any note to say 2 or 4 wheel but same part number for Explorer and Sport Trax.
I'd call and ask if they will work with 4wd

they arent hard to install at all.. i fawkd myself over and reused factory studs instead of the new bolts... made getting them tightend down a bit harder and the initial fit ment... if i did it again and the right way i could probally do it in a few hours... i jacked the front up, pulled inner fenders, and both wheels and had at it...

just finished mine, the biggest problem is Midwest Rust. Other than getting the old bolts off, and putting in the new studs. Not too bad. I will say having a body lift made it slightly easier.

Although, I have noticed ZERO improvement with these, I bought the ceramic coated ones. After examining the Stock headers, they really are not that bad as far as flow is concerned.

I recommend getting a Tuner from Underdog instead, but if you really want headers, as it is the next step for ya, then get with Wayne @ underdog. The JBA stuff is amazing, the welds, metal stock etc are all way above the competitors.

I think i am going to ditch my custom exhaust and go with the JBA one, I really liked the quality.

well i had a muffler shop put a cat back exhaust on my truck (flowmaster ,not the 40's series ) it cost $420. But i also got it inspected and tips which aint a bad price.

I just want some more sound out of it, its loud but i want louder, im thinking of just running a stright pipe.

Would getting a intake and then a chip be better off for me???
