Cut my cats?

I want to know how loud it would be if i cut off the cats on my 93 4.0 and put in an in-line resonator and a magnaflow?
since the cats i believe do not have o2 sensors it should be fairly easy and i can have my boss weld it all up
has anyone ever done it with a resonator?

How about sticking in a cut out before the cats. That way its still legal. Unless your running an off road only truck.

well my truck is straight piped with punched cats and its pretty loud and little raspy at time but still have as mean tone i like it alot save the money on the resonator and just punch the cats and put your muffler as close to the cats as possible and run it out the back and it will sound nice
