Doing head gaskets on a 1995 4.0L

Hi all-
Im doing head gaskets on my cousins 95' Ranger with a 4.0L and I have a couple questions that Im hoping I can get some help with.

1- What are the torque specs on the head bolts?

2- On my 5.0L Mustang you are supposed to use 30 weight oil on the top head bolts and a little bit of silicone on the bottoms because the run through water jackets,,, Is this the same with re-installing head bolts on the 4.0L?

3-Torque specs on the lower intake?

4- How should I tighten down the rocker arms? When i removed them it seemed like when Im re-installing I should go over the bolts evenly but I didn't know if this is necessary or not.

5- Is there ANYTHING else that people who have done this job can tell me to ease the process along??

I thank everyone very much in advance for there help
