Camber issues
I have a 2003 4.0l sohc v6 4wd ranger and for some reason the camber in the tires are off. My front tires are like this / \ I've replaced ever suspension part you can think of that could cause this problem. I've taken it to professionals and neither they can explain besides them saying it's just a bad design. I've installed camber bolts but the washers only fit one way but I need more adjustment but the metal plate that's welded to the frame where the upper control arm goes doesn't allow for any more adjustment. I have even been told to Fab something up like maybe shave down a little bit of the washers so the control arm can pull out some more from the top.? Any ideas please and I have seen tons of rangers like this and it looks terrible and it eats up my tires bad!!

Yeah.
Same on mine; the stock camber bolts are a nearly non-adjustable design. The alignment guy told me straight away that he can't do the camber on my rig.
...but there's a fix.
Here are the new camber bolts I bought:

and here is a video that shows you how to install them:

A few years back, my camber was off slightly so the insides of my tires were wearing down faster than they should...even after replacing my upper and lower control arm bushings thinking they just compressed too much inward on the top and too much outward on the bottom.
Still slightly off.
I bought the new aftermarket camber bolts (I linked to) and I have great alignment

Did these fix your issue? I'm going through the same thing, I've changed front suspension parts and I still get a pull to the right and uneven wear on the inner part of my tires.

MEGA-THANKS to cliffdog2006 for the product referral.
Perhaps a "Dorman Directory" -a listing of non-Ford replacement parts from ANY supplier, not just Dorman- could be part of this website?
INTERESTING THING I FOUND: I went to RockAuto's website.
Entered my Ford/2005/Ranger/4.0l and selected suspension. I saw, among other things, Moog K80065.
Go there and look at the item pictures. It looks like the two large cam washers differ greatly.
Is this just a common "stock drawing insert" or something which needs to be dealt with?
