Cold Air with Body Lift????

I have a 3'' body in my ranger. I had to trim out the fan shroud a little bit for the intake tube to fit on the throtlebody. Will i be able to put a cold air on it with the body lift still in the truck????

Yea I dont see why not, I am not really sure why you had to the shroud to begin with. I have done four of these kits and two of them had intakes, neither had to trim anything under the hood. You have any pictures of what you did?
