ok so ive had my 4x4 xlt 01 since september of last year and lately when i take off fast in my truck the stop it dies.
any ideas pros?

 

If you step down on the throttle and it dies? It's most likely a fuel related problem.
Start off by changing the fuel filter. It's cheap, most likely needs to be done anyway, and will rule out that variable.
