Weird vibration

I have a weird vibration that comes and goes depending on which bump I hit in the road. It's most noticeable on the highway. It will vibrate and then I'll hit a bump and everything will smooth out. I can then hit a bump further down the road and the vibration could come back.

I've changed the shocks (needed them), steering rack (leaking), end links, tie rod ends, brakes, plugs, wires. I thought of tires except for the "smooth after hitting a bump" doesn't make sense for tires. This was happening before all this was done. It got better but it still does it.

Interesting, I wouldn't have thought of that. I'm looking in to new tires anyway, maybe that's it.
