Engine tick. 2007 4.0L
 

From under the hood it sounds and feels like something is hitting the top end of the back passenger area of the motor... was thinking possibly a pushrod or rocker arm but not sure. It randomly comes and goes.

It ticks at the rate of the rpms as well..

Any way to test or check before I rip my motor apart? Thanks!
