Need Help Water Leaking Into Cab

I have a problem with water leaking into the cab. It's coming in from the top of the rear window or somewhere close havent pinpointed it yet. I've read on here before or maybe another site that the 3rd brakes light was the problem. I don't remember what to do to fix the problem. Can anyone give me detailed information about this. If So Thanks in advance.

There's a bunch of threads about this issue, so searching might give you a good variety of solutions

But I had the same problem and went to the parts store and bought the flowable silicone, this just means that it's real liquidy so it finds it's way into the cracks. Then I ran a bead around the third brake light and rear window. Took about 10 mins and I never had a problem since.

Still cant pinpoint my leak...I ran a bead along the whole back window, the third brake, and those shoulder pieces??Yet it still drips, on both sides now on each corner of my rear glass and it soaks the headliner making it look bad, i "resolved" it though..And also its always damp underneath my driver floormat? i noticed the padding under the carpet was wet when i installed the BL, guess maybe its just never dried

I had the same problem and I had to have my whole rear window re-sealed.
