They put a speed governor in for a reason, and I've never really seen the need to go any faster . . .

That would include everyone on the roads, as well as the driver of the truck.
Nothing against fast cars, but not on a public hwy - and not many who rig up their vehicles to go fast have enough discipline not to try it out.
