Flat Spot in Acceleration/Throttle Cable
 

I just finished swapping engines into my 94, but i kep my old upper intake on it (egr). Started up, sounded great after a few minutes. the only problem is theres a flat spot in the acceleratino. You have to push the peddle down a solid 2 inches before you get a response from the throttle, and its not a gentle one.

any suugestions?
