i can not find mine. i have a 2003 ford ranger xlt 4x4. i have looked on the passenger side kick panel and under the carpet and don't think im seeing it. does anyone have a pic of it?

you removed the fuel lines with vise grips?! pics or gtfo? it is still sealing?

ya you don't squeeze it as hard as you can. pics of what the new fuel filter? and it sealed fine its just like the factory one was.

did you have the clips where the center of the clip pushes down? like the nylon ones?
or did you have the steel clips?

i have the nylone ones. if you pinch the them on the end the snap ring thing will loosen up and you just slide it off. or thats what i did. then just slide them back on.

be care full doing that if you damage those fittings it will become very costly,dame ford only parts.

ohhhh ok...i was picturing you having the steel ones. i usually use needle nose pliers for the nylon ones, i have a pair that i ground down to fit in there
