4.0l ticking sound

Hello all so i just replaced my timing chain guides at the end of summer 2016 and on my way to work last week my driver side cam jumped timing and cracking my valve cover. it turned out the top bolt holding my guide in backed its self out and ended up braking my guide again. i just got it all back together and started it up. now i have a constant ticking sound coming from the driver side head any ideas what this could be? bent valve or possibly a bad rocker arm? truck seems to run fine other than the sound any help greatly appreciated i am tired of taking this dam thing apart
