2004 Ford Ranger 4.0L - Pulled off the harmonic balancer (outer ring came off of inner ring)) and tried to replace the keyway on the crankshaft - had a tough time getting it out but now can't get the new one in. Is there a simple way of doing this that someone could let me in on. Can't get your fingers in to place it in the shaft slot - feels like it is hitting on the far end but you can't see in the hole. Any help would be appreciated - thanks.
