Header Bolts

So 4 of my header studs broke as me and my friend were removing my headers to get to my head gaskets. What is the best way to get these studs out? Heat up the studs and then try and get them loose or what?

Thanks!

BTW a service tech @ Ford gave me a WHOLE set of studs and nuts for free!!!!

Try heat and some vice grips, if not Sears sells this Bolt-Out thing that you drill into the bolt and then can screw it out. But theres no Sears around here so I don't know where you can get one. Maybe Lowes has something?

I called them once about getting some 06 emblems but I've never been up there. What'd you think of them?

Well this time, they were really nice. The parts person didnt know much, but a service tech named Joe helped me out. He gave me a whole set of bolts for free, since he had them all in his toolbox. The last time i went in there for my powersteering, they told me i needed a whole new one and charged me 80 just to "diagnose" it...
