High idle question

Hello all, i hope someone can shed some new light into my trucks problem. 1995 4.0 auto 4x4, it has a high idle that lasts for 4-5 mins upon start up, cold or hot does not matter. I have done the upper intake and fuel rail gaskets, replaced the iac, tested the tps, coolant sensor, cleaned the maf, throttle body, and air temp sensor. I also changed fuel filter, air filter, and plugs. But it still does it, start it and it runs at 1500 for aprox 4-5 mins. Usualy by the time i arive at work it settles down. If i could time the lights right i could go from one side of town to the other without touching the throttle. Oh yea the only code showing is one for insuff. egr flow, not sure if that would do it, just not ready to take it up the butt for a new one unless that would fix it. Any help or comments would be great.
