How much does a SOHC and auto transmission weigh?

Hey, I know somebody will know ballpark of how much one of these weighs with all the V8 conversions especially. I think i have an 05 fx4 w/ 35000km that was rolled lined up to buy and scrap for parts. The engine and transmission are perfect so i am going to pull them out, hopefully together depending on wight and transportability. And have it for a spare. Might even do some work on it (supercharge) and use it to replace mine eventually. It already has 105,000km so i will give it another 50 or 60k and swap it out.

Thanks but i am more interested in the weight of the engine and transmission. I am trying to figure out what i am going to need to get it out of the truck. As well as transport it. I was thinking about buying a hoist. or possibly putting it under a big tree at the farm where i am stripping i down, and using some pulleys? and dropping it in the back of my truck. But even then i will have to get it out of my truck somehow. If i put it on a pallet can 4 ppl carry it?

I say rent an engine hoist.
