CEL P1131 No Heat, Ind. Lean

This is the code I'm getting on a NEW O2 sensor I installed about a year ago.

I've already bought and opened up a new O2 sensor, any other ideas before I install a brand new O2 sensor and remove the new sensor?

No warranty on the old one? Heat the bung cherry red.

I've sent an e-mail to the manufacturer, and calling installer tomorrow.

Is there any thing that can cause a new O2 sensor to fail heating?
