08 & 02 MAF Part #'s

Have a rough idle and when I pull the plug on the MAF it runs smooth and idles up a bit. Plug it in and runs rough. Cleaned it and it didn't work. Want to swap it with a buddys 08 to troubleshoot it but I can't find the part number for the 08 anywhere. Is the 08 interchangeable with the 08?

Yea...and.....04+ MAF's are mounted directly in the tube, rather than in their own lil housing.

It' an 02 with the 4.0. If I unplug it and the idle cleans up instantly plug it in and it runs rough; would that be a tell tale sign thats the bad sensor?

try cleaning it with CRC MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR CLEANER. Then go from there.

Cleaned it CRC Quick Dry Electrical Cleaner and it didn't help. I guess they are the same thing they just charge $1.50 more for the MAF cleaner and you don't get as much.
