Not bad at all considering it was all 75+mph and turning right about 3000rpms...and a pretty tall *** truck at speed with a TIRED *** engine. lol.

This ones just for kicks and giggles...DWB's MAX speed:

I posted these because I've had nay-sayers of my reports of good mileage out of what I drive. lol. Average mixed is about 16.5.

Getting the scangaugeII gained me 2mpg just by me learning how a vehicle eats fuel. It's payed for itself tenfold. HIGHLY suggest people getting one JUST for that, plus it's one hell of a awesome neat little gadget.

I've never seen that kind of MPG, but I have seen that amount of miles to tank.

108k + 3 times taking a drink..aka alcoholic but with dirty muddy water. She's tired...but she still sorta gets with it. Plus those damn timing rattles I've had since 40k...$700 to fix it or $700-900 for a 30k '04-09 junkyard engine...plus driving a 3.73 truck with 33's with 25k SHOULD NOT whoop my *** in a race. I vote new shortblock and use my existing top end.

4.88 and 35s on a truck that came with 4.10 and 30.5's.....truck thinks it's going 4% faster than it really is. I have no tune to fix that yet.

Nope....well..yes..it is the top speed of the day AND the top speed of the truck because I did hid the speed limiter.

Yes....Scangauge is cal'd to show 4% faster speed than what it's reading, and that also reflects the formulas that figure mileage, trip, odo, all that jazz.. My tires are turning 104% faster than as if I had stock wheels and tires. No factory PCM changes.

Hey Shane, your door is ajar...

17.8 is pretty good, I think that is what I get when I am around 60 mph lol. Once I hit 80+ it goes downhill quickly. Might as well just pour the gas out the window lol

Sp Shane - Did you find that by driving at 3k rpm its better then keeping it around 2200ish? I was figuring what gear I woudl run on my trip last time.. 4th was putting me at right around 3000k, and 5th was putting me at 2200.. the suck part was at 2200 I could barely hold speed going up a hill at 70mph.. had to be going a slight bit faster to do that, but local spee was 70 and idaho cops are asses lol
