intake manifold
 

Hello I have a 99 xlt ranger with the 4.0 ohv motor and the check engine light came on and the code reader said it was the intake manifold. After some reading I found that the factory intake manifold has issues handling high heat temps and I live in Las Vegas so I'm sure you can do the math. I cant find any after market intakes so I want to ask any one out there if they know of one or another intake manifold I can use? I would also like to know if any one has had this problem before and what they did to have it fixed other than just replacing it with a stock manifold.
