Internal balancer Question
 

I have received new rebuilt engine that has a internal balancer and my original did not, looks like the cradle is made for it even though its off an engine without a balancer, Should I be able to use original oil pan cradle with no problems? also they sent me the engine with the top rear (between heads)expansion plug not installed.
I assume they left it like this to making it easier to add oil first time ? or

Any help would be appreciated.
