Low compression
Timing chain on bank one has slipped a bit, long shot would be the tensioner on bank one has a broken spring and is not holding chain tight enough when cranking engine over so valve timing is off
The tensioners are hydraulic, the spring inside is there to hold chain tight until oil pressure can take over(like lifters) and cranking doesn't have much oil pressure but problem with that idea is that when engine is running there would be no issue, valves would be back in time with crank
And Bad spring in tensioner would cause a Rattle on startup which you don't mention
I believe the timing chain gears on the overhead cams are Friction Fit, so no key way to hold timing, they use TTY bolts and tapered shaft and gear, so a slip is possible although not at all common
And another long shot, all 3 exhaust valves on bank one are burnt a bit, but highly unlikely
