A year ago I totaled my 2003 ford ranger with the 4.0 SOHC ended up smoking a tree at about 50mph dead center and bent my harmonic balancer almost an inch out of plumb Potentially bending the crankshaft it still started but vibrated violently so I quickly shut it off is it worth fixing the motor I believe I can do it myself what else may be damaged if I bent or shifted the crank shaft?
