i was wondering if i can install them onto an 04 ranger 4.0L and roughly how much power they would make.

 

I'm assuming for the v6 stang? It's kinda been brought up before w/ either swapping the complete engine or the computer. I wanna say it people said it might not be worth it. I forget If even though they are both 4.0L's they might be tuned specifically to each vehicle.
