Need help with an 05 4.0 sohc

I have an 05 with the 4.0. I have almost 115,000 miles on it. Until last Monday when I would go to start it it would start as soon as I turned key. Now i have have to turn key and hold it for a while. If they doesn't work I turn key off and try again and it usually starts. It's never not started yet. I changed my fuel filter. I also put new plugs and wires on it because I knew it was time. Once it starts it runs just fine. My only problem is when I go to start it. I am by no way a mechanic. I am just trying to save a buck. If anyone can point me in the right direction. It would help greatly. And if someone says test this part it would help if u could explain how to test it. Thanks again

Missouri's getting colder, that might be the only problem.

Do you hear the fuel pump humming as it should with the key on engine not started yet? If not, I would start by checking fuel pressure.

Is it turning over when you turn the key and hold, or is nothing happening when your turning the key. If it's just turning over you have bad starter, let me know
