On my EDGE, the Magnaflow exhaust (the dual real exit setup) was too close to a vent tube from the gas tank and melted it shut.
After a long battle with everyone, Magnaflow & the installer had to pay for the entire repair from the dealer. It was over $1,200 - because Ford only sold the entire line as a unit - and it runs all the way back to the engine and had other components bundled with it.
Soon after that, they started putting the Edge fitment disclaimer on the website, but it will work fine. You just have to pay attention when you're putting it on. They swore it was due to it being an Edge model, even though I told them everything is the same and it's just a trim level.
I still have mine installed to this day...and not a single problem once the line was pulled away a little more.
